Creating a manual book is not an easy task. Firstly, it must fulfil a function of an instruction book: to teach and present a material in understandable, readable, clear, structured and systematic way. Secondly, it would be definitely better if a study book motivates to go through exercises then the design has to be more attractive and not trivial. Finally, there is one more an important detail such as ergonomics of the publication in the case of people who are doing exercises and looking at the book at the same time. A manual book “Aerial Yoga. Antigravity Flow” written by the Polish instructor Monika Lazuk is an instruction book for professionals and beginners who are dealing with such a narrow yoga direction as aerial yoga. The publication was designed with the main conception of functionality and convenience to engage people in aerial yoga field. It has a strong structure and an original style of the content presentation as well as an ergonomic proportions of the pages and publication generally. The manual book was published in 2017 as the first instruction book for aerial yoga in Poland.
